- Luxury Sedan — Mercedes E-Class or similar: up to 3 passengers, with capacity for up to 2 large and 3 hand-luggage pieces.
- Private Minivan — Mercedes Vito or similar: for 4–8 passengers or larger luggage requirements. If 1–3 passengers require a Vito only because of luggage, a extra cost for vehicle supplement applies.
- Private Minibus — Mercedes Sprinter or similar: for 9–16 passengers. The estimate adds €50 for the larger vehicle and €5 for each passenger above 8.
Final vehicle assignment is confirmed after we review the passenger and luggage information.
Airport pickup information
Please include your flight number when booking. We monitor the arrival information available to us and coordinate the meeting point with you by email or WhatsApp. Hotel, villa, airport and ferry-port pickups are available across Santorini.
Cancellation and payment
Bookings may be cancelled without charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Payment options shown in the reservation form carry the same transfer price; there is no driver-payment discount.
